<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 cups milk</li>

<li> 2 tablespoons sugar</li>
</ul>

<li> 2 tablespoons freshly ground coffee</li>
</ul>

<li> 7 cardamom seeds, crushed</li>
</ul>

<p>Directions:</p>
<p>Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan, on a medium heat.<br />
crush the cardamom and cinnamon in a mortar and pestle.<br />
Add cinnamon ,  cardamom and the coffee to the milk.<br />
Allow the flavoring to steep on a low heat for 3-4 minutes.</p>

<p>Serves: 4</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>

<li>2 cups ripe mango</li>
<li>1 cup  milk</li>
<li>1 cup plain yogurt</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>In a blender, combine the mango, milk, sugar, and yogurt.<br />
Blend until smooth.<br />
If too thick, add a bit more water.</p>
<p>If you would like the mango juice to be a little colder add ice cubes to the blender,or stir into the blended mango juice.</p>
<p>For sweeter juice add sugar to your taste.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Somali spiced black tea, this hot fragrant cup of tea is enjoyed any time of the day, with sweets or on its own.  You can make your own version by using different variations of the spices,<span id="more-278"></span>   to suits your taste. Most used spices for  this black tea is cardamom, cloves, cinnamon,ginger, and black pepper.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredient</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>3 Cloves</li>
<li>1 cinnamon stick, broken in half</li>
<li>3 whole black pepper</li>
<li>10 cardamom pods</li>
<li>2 tea bags</li>
<li>4 cups of water</li>
<li>Sugar to taste</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Direction:</strong></p>
<p>With a mortar and pestle, lightly crush all the spices.<br />
In a sauce pan combine the water, sugar and bring to a boil on a medium heat.<br />
Add the crushed spices and continue and steep for 5 minutes.<br />
Now add the tea bags and  steep for 2 minutes .<br />
Strain the tea into a cups or a kettle and serve.</p>

<li> 1 cup ice</li>
<li> Simple syrup</li>
<li> ½ cup sugar</li>

<p>Directions:</p>

<li> To make the simple syrup. Boil the water with sugar until it dissolved, leave it to cool.</li>
<li>Squeeze the grape fruit and get the juice, in pitcher mix water, ice and the syrup, adjust the sweetness to your own taste.</li>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>5 cloves</li>
<li>2 cinnamon stick, broken in half</li>
<li>4 whole black pepper</li>
<li>10 cardamom pods</li>
<li>4 tea bags or two tablespoons loose black tea</li>
<li>2 cups of water</li>
<li>2 cups of milk</li>
<li>Sugar to taste</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions:</p>
<ul>
<li>With a mortar and pestle, lightly crush all the spices.</li>
<li>In a sauce pan combine the water, milk, sugar and all the spices, and bring to a boil on a medium heat.</li>
<li> Add the tea and steep on a low heat for 5 &#8211; 10 minutes. (you can remove the tea bags anytime, for a lighter, milder tea ) </li>
<li>Drain on strainer and serve in a cup</li>
