Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

There is nothing like home made fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, it is healthy, refreshing and it is a good source of vitamin C.

Ingredients:

  • 2 grape fruit
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Simple syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water

Directions:

  • To make the simple syrup. Boil the water with sugar until it dissolved, leave it to cool.
  • Squeeze the grape fruit and get the juice, in pitcher mix water, ice and the syrup, adjust the sweetness to your own taste.
