			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Green beans is the main ingredient used in this recipe and fresh tomatoes, the combination is great and can be eaten with many things, such as rice bread, pasta and the list is endless. </p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 lb green beans, trimmed, cut in half </li>
<li>2 garlic cloves, finely chopped</li>
<li>4 tomatoes, chopped</li>
<li>1 green chilli, seeded, chopped</li>
<li>2 tablespoons cilantro/ coriander leaves, chopped</li>
<li>1 tablespoon tomato paste</li>
<li>
1 teaspoon cumin powder</li>
<li>Salt and pepper </li>
<li>1/4 cup oil</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion and cook over medium heat until softened.<br />
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, green chilli, and cilantro, cumin, season with salt and pepper. Cook until tomatoes are soft.<br />
Add the beans and 1/2 cup of water,bring it to a boil then simmer on a medium heat until the beans are tender about 10-15 minutes.<br />
Serve warm as a side dish. </p>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 head of cauliflower chopped</li>
<li>1 teaspoons curry powder</li>
<li>1 teaspoon coriander powder</li>
<li>½ teaspoon turmeric</li>
<li>1 medium onion, diced</li>
<li>2 cloves of garlic, chopped</li>
<li>1 table spoon ginger</li>
<li>2 small tomatoes</li>
<li>2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped</li>
<li>2 tablespoon oil</li>
<li>1 ½ cups of water</li>
<li>Salt and pepper to taste</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions:</p>
<ul>
<li>In a large pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onions sauté for few minutes.</li>
<li>Add the curry , coriander, turmeric, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, cilantro, cauliflower, and season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Stir until all veggies are incorporated. Add water and simmer until a boil then simmer on a low heat, continue to cook covered until the cauliflower is tender.</li>

<li>2 tablespoon lemon juice</li>
<li>2 table spoon cilantro, chopped</li>
<li>salt and pepper to taste</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions:</p>
<ul>
<li>Heat the oil on a medium heat, add the onion sauté for 3-5 minutes until soft.</li>
<li>Add the cabbage and carrots and the chili and stir-fry until the cabbage is soft.</li>
<li>Stir in coriander, cumin, cilantro, lemon, season with salt and pepper until combined.</li>
<li>Lower the heat and cook until the cabbage is cooked through.</li>
