Malawah: Somali Crepes

1 Mins read

These thin, delicate Malawah Somali crepes are beautifully laced with the warmth of ground cardamom. Lightly sweet and melt-in-your-mouth tender, they are traditionally drizzled with melted ghee or butter and honey, making them the ultimate accompaniment to a hot cup of Shaah Adays.
