Lemon Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
  1. 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 2/3 cup yogurt
  6. 4 table spoons lemon juice
  7. 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  8. 2/3 cups oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven 350f - 180c
  2. grease an loaf pan or 8 inch/20cm cake pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl add flour, baking powder and sugar and mix to combine.
  4. In another bowl whisk together the eggs, yogurt, lemon rind, lemon juice and the oil.
  5. Pour  the wet and the dry ingredient together and mix to combine.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until risen and golden brown.
  7. Cool and serve.
