Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Delicious and refreshing cucumber yogurt dip, makes a nice accompaniment to any spicy dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Peel, seed, and grate cucumbers.
Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and garlic in a serving bowl.
season with salt and pepper
Chill before serving.
