Fried Fish

This fried crunchy, skinless and boneless, white fish,  dipped in a floured batter, then fried; it is a light snack any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb haddock, cut into peaces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

Heat oil in a large pan
In a bowl combine, flour, egg, baking powder, salt, pepper and mix well until smooth.
Drop the fish in the batter to cote and then place in the hot oil.
Fry fish until golden.
Drain on a pepper towel.

Serve  with Shigni as a dipping sauce.
