Hmm- Always done with water- For coffee time- I am gone try it with milk for my hubby. Btw, I Love the Pictures and your website- So Nice ^_^
Thanks sis,
Enjoy your qahwe
Every time I come to this site I find something that I have to try! This is similar to the Iraqi cardamom coffee that my husband loves, but I have never made it using milk. Will definitely take your suggestion- this would be perfect with dates. This looks delicious, mashaAllah :)
Thanks so much for your visit,
and leaving your comment, appreciated.
I just prepared it for my wife instead of espresso she asked me to make. It was delicious. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing, I am glad you liked it.
Help? I tried making this recipe but ended up with a bit of a mess. How do you keep the coffee + spice mix out of the coffee in the end? I tried using a strainer but could barely get the milk separated from the mix.
Hi,
I’m looking to buy Somalia Kahwa locally around east London/Redbridge area. It’s amongst the best hot beverages I’ve had and was at a gathering recently. I must stock at home.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
