Yogurt with Pomegranate and Banana

This low-fat yogurt treat makes a delicious healthy sweet dessert that can be enjoyed any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

  • Place the yogurt in a cup.
  • top with the banana and the pomegranate seeds.
  • drizzle with honey.
  • SERVE immediately.
