I'm having trouble making Baajiye. When i fry it it is always uncook in the inside:( please help
I am not sure why you get it under cooked, could it be the temperature of the oil? if too high it will cook from out side faster and inside will be undercooked.
Also check if the oil is hot enough drop a small bread in the oil and once it gets brown you know you ready to fry your baajiyas.
