Kale potato lamb soup

Healthy delicious kale and potato soup with lamb, It is good on its own or can be served with rice or bread.

 

 

Kale Potato Lamb Soup

Ingredients
  1. 1 punch kale
  2. half a head cabbage
  3. 2 potatoes
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  6. 3 cloves of garlic,chopped
  7. 1 medium onion small onion
  8. 2 pounds lamb or goat
  9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Instructions
  1. In a large pot boil the meat with water until tender.
  2. Chop the vegetables in the same size and add it to the meat.
  3. season with salt pepper and the coriander and bring it to a boil.
  4. Simmer over low heat add more water if needed and until the vegetables are tender
  5. Check if it needs more seasoning.
  6. Serve warm with rice, flat breads.

  • how long do you leave the meat and the veg altogether in heat>>??

    • Cooking will depend on the cut of the meat the heat etc. I think between 30min - 1hr test the meat while your cooking to see if it is soft. Keeping in mind that we for additional cooking time with the vegetables. I hope this helps let me know if you have any more questions.
