Salaam! I was wondering how do you get the sisin shaped like a ball? when I put the mixture on the tray it turned really hard and wouldnt even break into squares... how do i get over this problem? jzk
Asalamu Alaikum, I think you might have cooked a bit longer, you can test with cold water drop the syrup in cold water then squeeze and see how soft it is. To form it into a ball first let it cool, take a spoonful in your hand and roll with little oil so it wont stick on your hand.
