I love the idea of using wholewheat! However-I'm wondering if there's a healthy alternative to oil? Making Sabayad requires a whole lot of it; mixing, rolling and while frying.

You have a good question there but if you eat it once a week and try to go easy on the oil it shouldn't be a problem, I hope this answers your question.
